Coleman Cleaners is a veteran-owned, family-operated cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Phoenix area. We are looking for dependable Professional Cleaners who take pride in delivering reliable, detailed, and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial spaces according to company standards
- Follow cleaning checklists and training procedures
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and high-traffic spaces
- Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude on job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients and schedulers
- Report client concerns and safety issues promptly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality service
